What is the online return policy?

All online orders may be returned to ba-sh.com/us and in Ba&sh Boutiques within 30 days of reception date for full refund unless marked as final sale.

All returned items must be in their original condition, with tags attached. Worn, altered or washed merchandise cannot be returned.

FINAL SALE ITEMS AND SAMPLE SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN in store or online. No exceptions. All final sale products, discounted at 40% or higher, are indicated as such on the website.

Ba&sh reserves the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
