How do I request a return?

Log in to your ba&sh account under My orders and returns. 

All you have to do is select the items you wish to return. You are now able to download the return prepaid label.

Please note that items that have been worn and/or no longer have their label will be refused.

If you prefer to drop your parcel off in any ba&sh UK store: feel free!
