How do I request a return?

Log in to your ba&sh account and go to the “My orders and product returns” section.

Select your preferred refund method: store credit or refund to your original payment method.

Select your preferred shipping method: postal service or in-store drop-off.

All you have to do now is select the items you wish to return.

Please note that items that have been worn and/or no longer have their tags will be refused.
