To make a return request, simply log-in to your ba&sh account and follow these steps:
To Return with an Existing Ba&sh Account:
1. Go to 'my orders & returns'
2. Select the order for which you would like to start a return.
3. Select the item(s) for you which you would like to return. This will only be possible for eligible return items.
4. Provide the reason for return in the drop down menu.
5. Select an 'in-store' or 'ship to store' option for return.
6. For shipping, select a nearby UPS dropoff point (you can select any)
7. Dropoff your package
8. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed! Please allow 7 to 10 business days once package has been received at our warehouse.
To Return as a Guest:
1. On the ba&sh website click on the 'Sign in/ Register' icon
2. Select 'Have you placed an order?' at the bottom
3. Enter your order number and email address
4. Select the items you would like to return and follow the steps
