Despite all the care taken in preparing your order you may receive an item that is exceptionally defective. If that is the case and your item is within the return window, you can process your return as usual and select 'damage' in the return reason drop-down.
If the item is not eligible for return, you can reach out to our customer care team at cs@ba-sh.com and include the following:
- Order #
- Description of the item issue
- Image of the item and the defect
Someone from our customer care team will get back to you within 48 business hours.
