How do I request a return ?

Log in to your ba&sh customer account and select “My orders and returns”.

Select the items you wish to return. Ba&sh will give you the possibility to download a return form to enclose inside your return parcel.
Please note that items that have been worn and/or have had the label removed will not be accepted.

To get your return prepaid label--> Please write directly our customer care team : [e-mail] to receive the label + Pro format Invoice !

Once we receive your parcel, you will be refunded within 7 working days.
