I bought it in a store. Can I get a refund?

Purchases made in stores are non-refundable. You can choose between a credit note valid for 6 months in all our ba&sh stores (excluding department stores) or an exchange at the purchase price on the day you return the items.

Unlike online purchases, you have 14 days to return an item that does not suit you.
