  • Where can I find my invoice ?

    You can find your invoice in your ba&sh account, under "my orders".

  • Can I pay with an E-gift card?

    You can pay with an e-gift card on the website. Please enter your gift card number in the "gift card" box on the payment page. Gift cards are only valid in the country of purchase and for one year

  • Can I cancel or modify my order ?

    We can't modify or cancel an order. Returns are possible within 30 days and you always have the option to refuse the package with the carrier.

  • How long does it take to prepare my order ?

    We prepare orders within 48 to 72 hours, on working days. This time may be extended to 8 working days for our commercial operations. Then, count 7 working days for the delivery.

  • Has my order been processed?

    We prepare orders within 24 to 48 hours on working days. This period may be extended during our sales promotions (sales, outlet, private sales, etc.) to a maximum of 7 working days. 

  • Are returns free ?

    Ba&sh will provide you with a free return label to send your package to our workshop.  Once we receive your parcel, you will be refunded within 7 working days.

  • What are the different payment options ?

    You can pay with Amex, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal.

  • My package has been returned to the sender. What should I do?

    If the package is returned to the sender, your order will be automatically refunded. Reshipment is not possible.

  • What should I do if I have just received an item with a defect?
