Can I exchange an item purchased online?

It is not possible to exchange an item purchased via an online order, however you can now select "ba&sh credit" as a refund option.  This will allow you to repurchase an item, once the original is returned and processed, without waiting for the refund to hit your bank.  "Ba&sh credit" can be used on line or in-store and is valid for one year from processing date.
