I bought in a store: can I get my money back?

In-store purchases are non-refundable. You can choose between a credit note valid for 6 months in all ba&sh boutiques (excluding department stores) or an exchange at the purchase price on the day you return your items.

Unlike online purchases, you have 14 days in which to return an unsuitable item.
